Email Troubleshooting

Sometimes emails sent as notifications or from other school users do not get through to your inbox, some common reasons are detailed below:

  • The email has been placed in your Spam folder - please check and mark the email as 'Not Spam'.
  • Your email provider operates a safe sender or white-list scheme - in this case you should add '' to the 'Safe' list.
  • You are using an AOL email account - AOL operate a very strict spam policy which may result in genuine email from us not reaching your inbox. Please consider using another email provider.
