Release Notes: Version 3.6.4

This release includes 3.6.3 and 3.6.3 roll-up.

• #838 - Payments/Pupil Payments - received payment receipt sent as a notification.

• #838 - Payments/Pupil Payments - Downloadable receipts for payments. School admins able to customise receipts from the payments page.

• #1078 - Pupil Payments - pupils able to make payments for lessons, blocks, courses and charges using their account balance (if any) and in-app card payments.
• #1082 - Integrated payments for instructor franchise fees.

• #1131 - Payments - allow instructors to set a default hourly rate on a per-pupil basis. This will be used to allow pupils to pay or lessons directly.

• #1133 - Default lesson booking type on user profile. Can be set when processing a sign up.
  
• #1136 - Can now add a free form email address to CC in when sending messages via the send message popup.
• #1138 - Payments - Lesson & Charge Payments - credit account balance amount when refunding (deleting) an in-app payment.
• #1140 - Receipts now include details of covering instructor where applicable.
• New dashboard with user configurable widgets. Including an initial set of widgets for each user level.
• Various minor bugs fixed.
• Various performance improvements made
