Release Notes: Version 3.6.5

  • #1055 - Covered Lessons - School admins and the requesting instructor can now change times for lessons that are being covered by others.
  • #1139 - 3D Secure Payments - Integrated card payments now includes a 3D Secure authentication step where the card issuer requires or recommends it. This makes taking payment on behalf of a pupil, by school admins or instructors, potentially impossible if the 3D Secure process asks for a password or one-time code. Pupils should be encouraged to pay for their lessons and other items directly using their own account.
  • #1150 - Contact Log Bulk Actions - Can now set multiple contact logs to complete using multi-selection within the contact logs list. Notes can be added to all logs changed as part of this action.
  • #1153 - Paid Invoice for Subscription Payment - Once a subscription invoice has been successfully paid an email with an invoice summary will be sent to school admins and optionally another email address. Configurable within a school's subscription settings: Subscription -> Settings.
  • #1157 - Pupil Sign Up Invitations - Instructors & school admins can now invite individual prospective pupils to sign up. Invitation sent by email. Accessible from Pupil Sign Ups -> Invite New (+).

  • #1158 - Pupil Payment Requests - School admins & instructors can request payment from pupils for specific items - accessible from Pupil Payments -> Unpaid Items -> Actions -> "Send Payment Reminder". The email sent to the pupil includes a link to the payment item and appropriate details of the item & amount.

  • #1165 - Pupil Payment Notifications - When pupil makes a card payment their instructor and optionally school admins can receive a notification. Users can opt in to receiving these via their account notification settings.
  • #1172 - Pupil Auto-inactivation -  Auto-inactivation for pupils who have not booked a lesson for a while. Configurable within a school's settings; admins can turn on/off and set the deactivation threshold in months of inactivity.
  • #1185 - Default Lesson Type Improvements - Default lesson type can now be set on an instructor's profile. This will be used when creating new pupils and processing sign ups. School admin can choose to use the instructor default or override the default lesson type when processing a pupil sign up.
  • #1190 - Creation of Custom Syllabuses - school admins can now create, edit and manage custom syllabuses for their school.
  • Various minor bugs fixed.
