Getting Started Guide

Signing in to Your Account

Your personal account will be set up by your driving instructor or school administrator and you will be sent an email confirming your login email and password.

To log on to Driving School Office once you are signed up you should use the following link (we suggest adding a bookmark/favourite for future use):

http://app.drivingschooloffice.co.uk/login

We recommend the using the latest version of Google Chrome, but we do support most modern browsers. See Browser Compatibility for a complete list of supported browsers.

This will take you to the log in screen:

You should enter your email address and the password that has been sent to you in the welcome email. If you or your instructor has changed your password you should enter the new password instead.

If you have trouble logging in please contact your instructor or driving school administrator. They can change your password and unlock your account as required.

Once you have successfully logged in you will be taken to your dashboard. See Using Your Dashboard for more details on how to use & customise the dashboard for your needs.

You can use the Menu to access all of the features and data provided to you by the app:

Managing Lessons

Requests & Availability

Note: Your school may have disabled the requesting of lessons. If so you will not be able to request lessons, but will still be able to view lessons and change your availability.

My Lessons

This shows you the breakdown of all your lessons and you can narrow it down to ‘Future’ or ‘Historic’, as well as ‘Actions’ on the right-hand side of the screen as shown below:

When you click ‘Actions’ it brings up the drop-down options at the top of the screen, where you can view the details of the lesson if your instructor has filled it in or you can cancel your lesson if necessary.
