Making & Viewing Payments

Note: If your school administrator has not enabled and set up payments for your school then this feature will not be available.

This will take you through to the payment page which provides you with access to all of your unpaid items, paid items & receipts.

The red number in the corner of the menu item indicates the total number of unpaid items.

Making Payments

Note: If your school administrator has not enabled and set up in-app payments for your school then some of this functionality will not be available.

Under the 'Unpaid' items tab  you can find a list of lesson, pre-paid blocks, course and charges that have not been paid yet. This includes: 

  • Unpaid - items that have not had any payments taken or recorded towards them yet.
  • Partially Paid - items that have had at least on payment taken or recorded, but still have an unpaid amount.

To see fully Paid  items look under the 'Paid' tab. 

The layout of the lists are different for the Desktop & Mobile interfaces, but the functionality remains the same.

Selecting the 'Pay' action on any Unpaid or Partially Paid item will allow you to pay the outstanding amount using a Credit or Debit card. See Payment Popup for details. If your school administrator has not enabled and set up in-app payments for your school then this feature will not be available.

Clicking the 'View' action on any item within the list will show a popup containing details of the respective item.

  • Tap any item to show a menu with various options for that item. See Item Actions for details.

  • View [Item Type] -  this will show a popup containing details of the respective item.
  • Pay - this will allow you to pay the outstanding amount using a Credit or Debit card. See Payment Popup for details. If your school administrator has not enabled and set up in-app payments for your school then this feature will not be available.

Simply enter your card details, including the cardholders registered address.

Hitting 'Pay' will attempt to take immediate payment. If the payment succeeds the popup will close and the item's payment status will be updated to reflect the successful payment.

You should receive a receipt in the form of an email. This will be sent to the email address set under your account settings. If you do not receive this email please check that this address is correct. Also please check your spam/junk mail folders.

Viewing Past Payments

Choosing the 'View' action on any item within the Unpaid and Paid Lists will show a popup containing details of the respective item.

The 'Payment History' tab contains details of payments taken or recorded for the given item:

Viewing Receipts

Menu > My Payments > Receipts Tab

Under the 'Receipts' tab you will find a list of receipts.

These receipts have been automatically generated from payments made by you, those taken by your instructor or by a school administrator. You can obtain a printable view of any receipt and view basic details of the item (lesson, course etc.) to which the receipt relates.

The layout of the list is different for the Desktop & Mobile interfaces, but the functionality remains the same.

This receipt is suitable for printing directly from your browser to A4 size paper. You can also 'print' directly to PDF using a third-party printer driver such as CutePDF and some newer versions of Windows even have the ability to print to PDF built in.

Receiving Gifts

You can ask friends & family for help with your driving costs. Simply send them this link and they can pay to add credit to your account. This can then be used to pay for lessons and other items.

You can share the link in the following ways:

  • Copy -  copies the link URL to your clipboard. You can then paste into any application, such as a messenger conversation or email.
  • Email To: Will attempt to launch your default email program with a new message. The predefined message includes your unique gift link and can be edited by yourself before sending. If you do not have a default email program set up correctly on your device this may not work as expected.

Once your friend or family member follows the link they will be required to fill in simple form  to make the gift:
