My Account Is Locked! How do I unlock it?
Your account may be locked for any of the following reasons:
- You, or someone else, has entered your password incorrectly 3 times within 30 minutes. If this happens you will have to wait 30 minutes since the last failed attempt before you will be able to log in again. This has been designed to prevent automated processes from accessing your account by trying common password combinations.
- Your instructor or a school administrator has marked you as inactive. This may happen if you have finished your training.
- Your school is longer using Driving School Office to manage their business.
