Viewing Your Statistics & Reports

To view statistics & run reports, you can select the ‘My Analytics’ item from the menu:

Statistics

Within the 'Statistics' tab you can view some simple statistics to give insight into your lesson & pupil activity over a period of time.

The statistics available include:

• Pupil Source - Where your pupils come from within the period selected, grouped by source. Hover over or tap a segment to show the totals for that source.
• Lesson Activity - Lessons requested, booked & cancelled, broken down by period. This bottom period scale on the graph is automatically chosen based on the date range selected.
• Test Bookings - Tests booked, passed & failed, broken down by period. This bottom period scale on the graph is automatically chosen based on the date range selected.
• Cancellation Reasons - Lesson cancellation reasons, within the period selected, grouped by reason. Hover over or tap a segment to show the totals for that reason.

The layout of the statistics is different for the Desktop & Mobile interfaces, but the functionality remains the same.

Desktop

You can change the date range for which statistics are shown using the date filters. Changing this will automatically update the statistics. The "Preset Periods" button shows a popup allowing selection of common date ranges, such as "Last Month" and "This Week".

You can use the Category drop down to only show statistics within a particular category. This can be useful to quickly find specific data.

Mobile

You can access filter options by tapping the filter button. This will show a popup which includes date and category filters.

Reports

Within the 'Reports' tab you can run and export data from various reports. These reports provide valuable data on lesson & pupil activity.

The reports available include:

• Future Tests - View future test bookings for Pupils.
• In-app Payments - View successful and refunded in-app payment charges.
• Instructor Expenses - View instructor expenses.
• Lesson Cancellations - Lesson cancellations by pupil.
• Lesson Change History - History of changes to lessons.
• Pupil Message Delivery - Log of text messages sent to pupils, including whether they were sent successfully or not.
• Pupil Payments: Blocks, Courses & Charges; Refunds - View payments from pupils for Blocks, Courses & Charges as well as Refunds.
• Pupil Payments: Earnings - View pupil payments & refunds in a form suitable for import into common accounting software.
• Pupil Payments: Lessons - View lesson payments, including in-app payment charges.
• Pupil Source - See where pupils have heard about your driving school.
• Pupil Summary - Provides a summary of pupil information such as name, contact details & date of birth.
• Unbooked Pupils - View details of active Pupils who have not booked a future lesson. Useful so you can contact pupils and urge them to re-book or find out why they have chosen to stop learning.
