Using The Menu

The menu is the main navigation tool within the app. From here you can access all the features your account has to offer. 

There are two different versions of the menu depending on whether you are using the app on a desktop or mobile device:

Desktop

The main menu can be accessed using the 'Menu' button located in the left of the app:

Once you click the 'Menu' button, the menu will open and you will be able to access the main features of the app from here.

The example below shows only items common to the menu for all account types. Your menu will contain many more items appropriate to your account type.

• Your school name and logo (if set) will appear at the top of the menu.
• Help & Support - Click this to be taken to this help documentation - OR - expand using the arrow to choose from various support options and access to data protection information.
• About - Expand using the arrow for links to system information, terms & conditions and more.
• Switch to Mobile View - this will switch back the mobile version. Only shown if you if you have previously switched to the desktop view from the mobile view on your current device.

To close the menu you can:

• Click anywhere outside of it.
• Click the arrow in the top right of the menu.
• Choose an item from the menu, it will automatically close.

Mobile

The main menu can be accessed using the 'Menu' button located in the right of the app:

Once you tap the 'Menu' button, the menu will open and you will be able to access the main features of the app from here.

The example below shows only items common to the menu for all account types. Your menu will contain many more items appropriate to your account type.

• Your Name/Profile Picture - tap this to view and change your profile & account information. See How do I Access My Account Settings? for more details.
• Help & Support - Tap this to be taken to this help documentation - OR - expand using the arrow to choose from various support options and access to data protection information.
• About - Expand using the arrow for links to system information, terms & conditions and more.
• Switch to Desktop View - Use this if you are using the app on a large tablet device and prefer the desktop view.

To close the menu you can:

• Tap the button again.
• Choose an item from the menu, it will automatically close.
