Invoice & Billing Notification Settings

This feature is only available to School Admin users.

The settings here control the notifications regarding important subscription events, such as invoices, payments and security.

The layout of the popup is different for the Desktop & Mobile interfaces, but the functionality remains the same.

Paid Invoices & Receipts

  1. Send a Copy to School Admins - If checked then all school administrators will receive an email when the school's subscription invoice is successfully paid at the end of the current billing period. The email will contain links to printer & PDF friendly copies of the invoice and payment receipt.
  2. Send a Copy to an Email Address - If checked then a copy of the latest subscription invoice will be sent to the email address entered in the box below. The email will contain links to printer & PDF friendly copies of the invoice and payment receipt.
  3. Additional Email Address - See point 2 above.

Billing Security

  1. Billing Notification Email Address - Occasionally our subscription payment partner, Stripe, may need to send you security related emails, such as 3D secure verification. These emails will be sent to the email address entered here. If no address is provided these emails will be sent to the email address set on your school's profile.
