This page highlights the differences in behaviour when the log adapts to the option chosen in the 'Nature' drop down.

The log adapts to the option chosen in the 'Nature' drop down.

For 'General Enquiry' requests the fields will be shown and behave as follows:

  1. Nature - in this case 'General Enquiry'.
  2. Who, Staff Member - a selector allowing you find and choose an existing staff member. If you choose an entry here then the other 'Who' fields will be disabled; you can clear your selection to gain access to these fields again.
  3. Who, Pupil - a selector allowing you find and choose an existing pupil. If you choose an entry here then the other 'Who' fields will be disabled; you can clear your selection to gain access to these fields again.
  4. Who, Enquirer - a free-form text box for entering the enquirer's name. If you enter some text here the other 'Who' fields will be disabled; you can clear your entry to gain access to these fields again.
  5. Contacting Party Email Address (optional) - automatically populated when you select a member of staff or pupil in the 'Who' section above.
  6. Contacting Party Mobile Number (optional) - automatically populated when you select a member of staff or pupil in the 'Who' section above.
